Instant Summary is a product designed specifically for conferences, seminars and large meetings. Ziff-Jones makes sure participants can access a complete, concise summary of all presentations within half an hour of the final speaker.

As a result, all participants are certain of receiving the same information from all speakers, even from those in sessions they were unable to attend (such as parallel sessions).

Our 'reporters' follow all presentations and compose summaries on site. After the last speaker has spoken, everything is put together and before the first glass is poured or the first coat removed from the cloakroom, the reproduced summaries will be ready for distribution.

It is not for nothing that this service is called 'Instant Summary'.
